Veritas 9.1 & Microsoft Exchange Server back up problems

We are having problems using Veritas 9.1 to back up Microsoft Exchange Server.

Has anyone on here run into the same backup problems? And how did you overcome it?

Microsoft tries to point its fingers at Veritas and Veritas points its fingers at Microsoft.

Fortunately we use raided hard drives, but we would like to get it backed up, if anyone on here has found a way.
