TouchPads sell like hot cakes

at heavily discounted - $99 for the 16 GB version.

I went to couple of BestBuy stores. One had a few demo units but didn't want to sell them.
The other one had cleared everything.

Both had big promotional banners about the TouchPads in store front.

I don't know if there is case in the history where a company aborts a product launch in such a short time.

Some of the comments on online forums were that people don't care that much about the apps.
Give them tablet that they could use to browse the web at decent price ...

I usually keep items like this until the OS is well obsolete, so who cares if the OS was discontinued. Thanks for the heads-up!
