It looks like the online tutorials present just the barest of information, so they surely aren't going to compete with their onsite training business.  But it does give one a hint at what 
modern RoR development is like.

They have some relationship with http://www.livingsocial.com, which is a RoR operation.  Nearly all the principles (at livingsocial)  have Revolution Health (another RoR company)  in their bios, so maybe they were laid off in the purges in 2008 and 2009.
