People asking what tech to learn as a .NET developer...

I just saw a thread over on LinkedIn discussions about top 10 skills to learn as a .NET developer. I'm always irritated by the answers, because ultimately its about what will get you money to pay for your bills in your chosen geographical area. I would love to learn all these things, but my responsibilities compete for my time. This is where most bang for your buck comes into play.
