Immigration is a federal crime. A large percentage of the number of offenders were arrested for immigration violations. That skews the numbers. Implying that by getting rid of immigrants we will get rid of 40% of all federal is misleading. It would solve the large majority of one crime, immigration, but not others. I agree 100% that immigration is a problem but your statement is misleading.

If the law says to do something, and a person doesn't do it, isn't be breaking the law? Don't all people attempting to cross into the USA have to go to a legal port of entry? Aren't visa holders who have lost status required to leave the country?
