...the CIS hires too many Americans, and they can't get the work done!  What they need to do is start hiring foreigners themselves,  to deal with the backlog.  That way we can hav foreigners approving foreigners,  and make the war on the middle class more efficient.

JUST KIDDING FOLKS...JUST KIDDING!

But maybe I shouldn't have posted this.  It'll just give the bad guys something to think about!
