ETL/Business Objects developer or admin

I was approached by someone looking for help with ETL and Business Objects.  Specifically, ETL developers and Business Objects Administrators.  I'm unsure of how many of each are needed but I now the combination is more than just 2 people so probably several developers and 1 or 2 admins.
