What would be your answers?

That's from Unix/C++/Perl job ad. With possible exception offirst two questions what are some good answers?  I have my own preferences, like ant for build, DBD for Perl modules etc.

Does the EEOC think knowledge of Simpsons episodes is a BFOQ for Unix programming?  Please explain why you think so?
