The Apprearance of the Discussion Board changed

I used to see a couple of choices near the top for topics and responses written since my last visit.  These have gone away, in my view.

Is this a change in the board itself?  Or has my computer changed in some way so as to get a different view?

I think you are talking about the "shrink or expand header" toggle in the upper right corner directly above "The forum for mid-career IT professionals."  The control looks like a "V" when the header is "shrunk" and a "^" when the header is "expanded."
