No, no no.  That's not the definition of sociopath.  It may be the commonly used definition used by laymen, but it's not correct.  The real definition clearly does not cover things like autism, aspergers, etc.  It doesn't mean socially awkward.  It means you lack feelings of love, compassion and empathy, you never feel guilt, remorse or regret.  It means you can kill an animal (or a human in the most extreme cases) and get a thrill from the feeling of control over that animal/person.  It means you'll stomp anybody in order to achieve your goal of world (or corporate!) domination.  Even within that definition, there are shades of gray.  But none of them describe other socially-awkward conditions.

People are an enormous disappointment but the works and thoughts of the good people are very inspiring.

The jerk that puts the barking dog out every day at 4:00 am is no longer a total mystery.  This place used to be quiet.  I was going to bed at 3:30 am when this hostile angry dog would begin barking 30 minutes later. I immediately think about placing both of my hands around its neck.  Several doors away I feel this hate flowing at me - I hear it over headphones.  Turns out the closer neighbors are miserable too.

We confronted him and it all began when his sister moved in with dumbo dog.  She lied in her response then switched stories 'thats what dogs do'.  No thats what neglected psychotic dogs do.

They are selling, BK, he is a drunk and famous lawsuit involving his restaurant is resulting in his drunken collapsed finances.  Good move on.

Neighbor told me he used to have an old dog that could not walk and he would leave it on the south facing deck in the hot COLORADO summer sun and it would whimper all day long.  The friend asked him if he was just unable to put the dog down or something.

He said he just can't let go of the dog.  So the dog < replace 'dog' with any relationship this man has > suffers for this man's feeble attachment to his emotions - at the expense of others.

People are so in love with themselves.

No segway available but I like what Einstein had to say about that.

"An individual who should survive his physical death is also beyond my comprehension, nor do I wish it otherwise; such notions are for the fears or absurd egoism of feeble souls."

Now compare that to the monster that abducted that 7-year old girl in the apartment complex last week and stabbed her to death - simply insane psychosis.

Psychopath to me means 'never established bond with another human at early age thus people are objects to be used'.  This guy harvested a kid and 'used' her then disposed of her.

Interesting..

It is a depiction of the afterlife in which three deceased characters are punished by being locked into a room together for eternity, and is the source of one of Sartre's most famous quotations, l'enfer, c'est les autres ("Hell is other people").[2][unreliable source?
