    * Programmer Analyst working with a team on internal business applications.
    * Will work with internal clients and development team to gather business requirements, analyze, design, program, test and implement new applications and/or functionality.

Requirements for Senior Programmer / Analyst:

    * Bachelors Degree
    * 2 or more years of PC programming experience with one or more of the following:
    * Visual Basic
    * C++
    * C#
    * Pascal in a Microsoft Windows environment
    * Experience in full life cycle project development.
    * Strong business analysis skills


Experience with the following:

    * Navision Financials
    * Microsoft SQL Server
    * Business and accounting systems
    * Web Development in ASP or Java

I had the exact same title in 1983 and was making the high end of the range -- $15/ hour.

I notice that this is a "family owned" business.

Looks small. And they can't afford real programmers. They wouldn't know what they need; the bork put together the requirements, the company said what it will pay.

Heck, it's a security company. And what do security guards make?    Minimum wage, basically.

ADS is not a mom and pop shop.  

They are one of the biggest companies in their field.  

Don't be misled by "family owned".  Wal-Mart used to be family owned.  Maybe it still is.
