Notice the timestamp on the first row.  This seems to be persistent.

It seems as though Yucky's strange behavior is like the weather or the stock market - it fluctuates.

Or at least "counseled".

Since it's in the first row, I surmise that the YB in question is due to the apprentice programmer's failing to initialize something.
