Sig lines weren't migrated. Basically, the only elements that were migrated were users' login names, original join date, and post count.
I just tested this stuff you're asking about. There are three different "personal text" items. I am temporarily using my own account as an example for everyone. Refer to that.
I could have migrated the avatars (and that was seen on the test site I unveiled a few weeks ago). But the script I was using basically just copied over the URL of the images, most of which were hosted at Yuku. I didn't want people using this board to generate constant accesses of Yuku's servers or site, and I couldn't find a clean way to copy over the image files. So I excluded the avatars from the move.
So that's what you are working with.
