As of 3/15/10, 44 legitimate, separate member accounts have logged in here sometime since we moved to this new board.

Anyone interested may want to look at the current page for http://openitforum.yuku.com/. I created a list of all OpenIT member names that I migrated here that have never logged in here and I put it on the home page of the old site. 

Except for an occasional person who has been away for a long time (months) and checks back in, I think we're topped out on legacy members who wish to use this place.

Can you confirm my hunch that traffic is picking up?

Let me figure out how to provide and display the stats page from the web server. Yes, the traffic (not necessarily the posting activity which is by the usual suspects) has picked up and I think the site is being spidered intensively.

This is another perk of running our own board - Yukky only provided aggregate statistics and not any kind of referrer statistics or search engine spider activity.

Googled for "ComputerConsultantsForum.com Discussion Board".  First hit!

OTOH there are several "Computer Consultant Forum" thingies, which will come up ahead of "us".  Including ICCA and one of JR's books.

Although it's a tiny number, this number of signups (not old board members coming over, but brand new members) beats any recent period in OpenIT's Yuku lifespan.

This proves that the move has helped our visibility.
