This site writes this cookie. It can be blocked from Firefox in options->privacy->exceptions. I don't know for sure that it speeds up loading, but it might.

I've started to pay attention to various cookies and have added them to the exceptions list. hitbox.com (blocking it prevents other <abc>-hitbox.com cookies it would bring along with it) and serving-sys.com were the first to go.

I currently have 6,857 blocked cookies.
